Essentials
- A full time registered nurse will provide health care for Trinity Day Camp (TDC). As required by the board of health each child must have a current health form, completed by the camper’s physician, on file at TDC by 1 June 2008. The health form must be completed within twelve months of the closing day of camp. The completed health form must include specific dates of inoculations. The board of health prohibits the admittance of a camper without a completed health form.
- All campers must bring a lunch and beverage to camp each day. Lunches are refrigerated.
- Trinity is a nut aware school and does not allow peanut butter or other nut products on the premises. Please check packaged foods, such as "Lunchables" for traces of peanuts. If your child has a life threatening allergy please complete the life threatening allergy form and contact the camp office by May 15th.
- In regard to placement, each child will be placed in the group closest to his or her age or grade level. The TDC policy for group placement is that a child may be placed with one friend. The child’s friend must then request to be with your child in order to be placed in the same group. Please make sure both campers are enrolled at TDC. There are no exceptions to this policy. All requests must be in writing.
- Campers are brought to their homerooms each morning by their parents or caregivers.
