This first-time collaboration between Trinity’s Performing Arts and English Departments offers a rich encounter with Shakespeare’s plays by  inviting our students to study The Bard as master of language and master of the stage. Our time in London and Stratford-Upon-Avon will be devoted first to in-depth textual analysis of already-familiar works, including Julius Caesar and Macbeth.  Then, in participatory workshops facilitated by professional actors from Shakespeare’s Globe, The Royal Shakespeare Company and The British American Drama Academy, we will shift our energies to performance and stagecraft.  Our work will come full circle as students attend daily performances of Shakespeare and other classic works in and around London and Stratford-Upon-Avon.

Dates: June 15-23, 2019
Estimated cost:     $4300
Dream Team: Ms. Pai and  Mr. Isaacson

  • Price is subject to change based on the season’s performance rates.
