Reunion 2020

Dear Trinity Reunion Year Classes,

In light of the evolving news surrounding COVID-19's impact on our city and country, and the updated recommendations from the CDC and World Health Organization, we have decided to reschedule our upcoming Reunion Weekend. The safety of our Trinity families, students, teachers, and alumni is our number one priority and, while we're disappointed not to have this anniversary opportunity to gather with all of you in May, we look forward to seeing everyone in October. Please save the new dates of Friday, October 23rd and Saturday, October 24th on your calendar.

Trinity's Alumni Office will be in contact with any alums who have already purchased tickets for Reunion about transferring or refunding them, and we look forward to being in touch in the coming months with more details about the weekend. In the meantime, should you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us at alumni@trinityschoolnyc.org or by calling Trinity's Alumni Office at 212-932-6989.
We thank you for your understanding and wish all our alumni and their families the very best during this difficult time.

Updated information will be available in the coming weeks

In 2017, Trinity created the Reunion Giving Initiative, which provides crucial support for one of our school’s most significant commitments - ensuring that all qualified students, regardless of financial background, have access to a high-quality Trinity education. In the two years since its inception, class years ending in 3s & 8s and 4s & 9s have raised over a million dollars in support of Financial Aid Endowment and The Trinity Fund.

Trinity has a rich tradition, going back to 1709, of providing an exceptional education for students from diverse backgrounds. Nevertheless, funding is limited and Trinity’s endowment remains one of the smallest when compared to its peer schools.
                                           Coed PreK-12                      $175,000,000
                                           Girls K-12                      $141,000,000
                                           Girls K-12                      $136,464,100
                                           Coed PreK-12                      $108,000,000
                                           Coed K-12                      $106,687,938
                                           TRINITY                        $72,924,260
                                           Girls K-12                        $65,988,989
                                           Boys K-12                        $51,900,000
Almost 30% of the School’s endowment is earmarked for student aid and approximately 20% of Trinity’s student population receives some financial aid. The Reunion Giving Initiative aims to increase the total amount of financial aid endowment dollars available to our families, so we impact a greater number of students.
Alumni are being asked to consider a Reunion Gift that incorporates support for the Trinity Fund and the Financial Aid Endowment. Commitments can be fulfilled over time – up to five (5) years. Every gift has a significant impact on students’ experiences today and for generations to come.
For questions regarding your gift, please contact Edward Griffin, Trinity's Alumni Director, at 212-932-6989 or edward.griffin@trinityschoolnyc.org.
