Before Applying, Applicants and Their Families Must:
- Consult the CDC, State Department, and pediatrician for all information on climate and travel conditions, level of necessary physical exertion, and known potential health risks facing travelers heading to the chosen destination.
- Understand that if accepted, students must commit time and study to a pre-trip curriculum, including several pre-departure seminars and informational meetings.
Application Process
- Applications, including a review of academic and disciplinary standing, will be evaluated by the Director of Global Engagement, trip leaders, grade Deans, and the MS/US psychologists.
- Final acceptance to any trip is contingent upon review of completed student health forms by Trinity School health professionals.
Financial Aid
- Applicants on financial aid should not hesitate to apply for reasons of trip cost.
- Travel fees for families receiving financial aid will be reduced by the percentage at which they receive aid.
