Sergio J. Alati ’92 has published "Leadership in the NOW: Strategies for the Micro-Moments That Matter," with Routledge/Taylor & Francis today. In this book, Dr. Alati explores the practical side of leadership through storytelling and humor, offering ideas for making decisions in the small moments that matter most. This leadership book is for educators, executives, and managers navigating the complex pace of contemporary organizations.
Dr. Alati has served as the head of school at Stevens Cooperative School in Hoboken and Jersey City for fifteen years. He holds a doctorate in curriculum and teaching from Teachers College, Columbia University.
